PRANA MANDIR
"The inherent freedom of being is spontaneously, primordially present."
- Nyoshul Khenpo

Our Four Legs

We promote non-violence, community service, and working to establish peace, prosperity and kindness in the world.
Real and lasting health, consciousness, and contentment (attunement with one's self) can be gained through the practice of Yoga and Meditation.
1. Yoga Practices
A refined approach for self-mastery.
Regular Yoga practice frees the body of impurities like stiffness and tension and leaves the mind clear and relaxed. Through yogic breath, you will come to know your mind more closely, and may realize a desire to know your Self more deeply.
2. Teacher Training and Higher Education
Mentoring, and training for teachers is a key intention. Certifications in Vinyasa Yoga and AGNI: Kriya Yoga Intensive Training in Yoga as Therapy
PRANA MANDIR has hosted Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Trainings
3. One on One Yoga Therapy
for holistic recovery.
4. Events and Retreats
Yoga Teacher's Philosophy and Code of Ethics

"May each practitioner capture the attention
of their own heart,
spark their true creative essence,
and see the inner flame known to Yogis
by the power of Sri Kundalini. " - Lea
1. Love all. Respect all. See your Self in everyone.
2. Respect each student and their unique individual unfoldment.
Realize each of us walks “the path" at our own perfect pace, and moves perfectly in our own unique way.
3. Teach through experience.
Know the value of the teachings by developing a steady, personal practice. Use it to stay humble beyond measure.
4. The joy that comes from mastering the teachings of Yoga cannot be overstated
5. Until all states of desire can be conquered, cultivate the correct, personal desire, " I want Yoga."
Ethical integrity leaves no mistaken obstacles on your path. Your conduct is paramount to the energy and vibration in your class.
6. Practice kindness and compassion.
The most highly valued ethic, a gem for all Yogis. Adopt a Sattvic lifestyle to cultivate peace in your actions, in your speech and in your thoughts.
7. Share the (dharma) teachings skillfully, naturally and conscientiously.
In this age, all spiritual teachings belong to all members of the human community.
8. Always keep the practices of Yoga fresh, a living, breathing science.
Become personally involved in the continual integrity of Yoga as it evolves throughout time.
9. Offer precise, timely postural enhancements and individual qualitative feedback. Offer appropriately detailed instruction for pranayama and meditation.
In each asana – let there be glorious choices!
"I live by my own truth,
the wisdom of my inner being.
Bliss is my reality,
the bestower of the highest joy.
Some call this self-knowledge God.
as it is unlimited, like the sky,
the One eternal pure steady witness."
- A Yoga teacher's prayer from Lea
Ades tisai ades.
Ad anil anaad anahat.
Jug jug ayko veys.
- The Call of the Yogi from Guru Nanak’s Jap Ji Sahib
PRANA MANDIR was established in 2002 to teach pure forms of Yoga, as received from our teachers and lineage holders of the traditions.
