Our classes are on a donation basis to support the dharma.Enjoy....

Dharma:
is that which upholds; Natural Law; the natural order
of things; supporting social harmony and human happiness.
By-Donation:
means it is up to each student to decide what to give
in relation to what they have received for their class.
Though we are closing the studio we ask you not to forget
to support and appreciate your great teachers who have
devoted themselves to you and given so fully of their
time. By-donation means with your support, to water the
"yoga tree" and the seeding and planting of
our expanding community.
It has been a joy and a blessing to create a pure, personal
space to teach in for the past 8 years. I have often felt
that the studio ashram was like 'getting my cake and eating
it too'. Yet now is time for change - in the world and
for my self .... after 20 years of teaching and healing
sessions in NYC, I am will be moving to Arizona! I am
teaching workshops in NYC and in many beautiful places
this year, from Montana to Milan. And exploring Yoga through
writing too.
For those of you in NYC, there are upcoming opportunities
to study in-depth, as well as to discover the practices
for the first time. We are offering a Vinyasa Teacher
Training beginning in December (applications gratefully
being accepted) and on these weekends several classes
will be open to everyone.
I invite you all for classes. Please see the schedule
for this last week. Come celebrate a radiant Yoga practice
and the sweet power of the teachings that we have been

Classes are 90 minutes unless otherwise specified. Please arrive
10 or 15 minutes before the session.
We recommend that you do not eat for two hours before practicing
yoga. For Kundalini Yoga, wearing white clothes is recommended.
All levels are welcome. We teach to the level of the class.
