have the opportunity to refine all aspects of yoga training. Yet
this precise healing system can be experienced by anyone with very
good results. Open your heart, renew your spirit and develop greater
strength, flexibility, and endurance for life. |

| Meditation
We hold one hour, ninety minute, and longer sessions, each with
a Kundalini Yoga technique to help you attune to your Self. Meditation
classes address both the challenges and rewards of developing a
practice, and coaching is offered along the way. Silent and guided
meditations are part of every session. Guided meditations, into
states of deep relaxation, support healing and elevate consciousness.
