Ashtanga
Led Primary Series
If deep asana practice is calling you, the First Series of Ashtanga is also called Yoga Chikitsa or “Yoga Therapy". Utilizing Ujjayi breath and a finely tuned and iconic sequence for majesty & equipoise, focus is on forward bending and twisting postures to rid the body and mind of all tension and stiffness. Before moving on with the Second and Third series, where the nervous system is more deeply impacted, the
inflammatory responses of the body are transmuted to be ready for deeper Yogic practice. 75 minutes

Kundalini Kriya Yoga
A method utilizing prana (life-breath-energy), asana (posture), mantra (transformative sound), and dyana (meditation). Though many of the techniques are centuries old techniques, students are guided through regular practice to refine all aspects of yoga training. Lea holds the energy of each session for healing and transmits this unique system which can be experienced by anyone with life-changing results. Renew your spirit while you develop strength, flexibility, and endurance for life. One hour.

Pranayama
Breath work is always a part of each Kundalini Yoga class, but on its own this aspect of yoga is so essential that it is the architecture of the mind as well as the energy flow of the body. Access to the sacred breath makes life sweet and higher awareness real.

Vinyasa Yoga
Moves dynamically from asana to asana, pose to pose with constant attention to breath. Focus is on balance, power, fluidity, flexibility and alignment. Vinyasa frees the body of impurities like stiffness and muscle tension, leaving practitioners feeling clear, free and energized. Vinyasa is a challenging practice, appropriate for those with prior experience with asanas and Yogic breath. 75 minutes

Meditation
Dyana, or the practice of inner stillness, is a neutral focus of being from which all emotions and concepts can be watched with pure delight. Each session includes a Kriya Yoga technique to help you attune to your Self. Meditation classes address the challenges and rewards of developing a consistent practice. Silent and guided meditation, into states of deep relaxation are part of every session and support healing and elevated consciousness. One hour.
Tibetan Yoga and Meditation practices are also given in Dream Yoga Sessions, to align the minds and hearts with the pillars of spiritual wisdom teachings.

Beginning Classes
An introduction to the practice and also for those who would like to go at a slower pace. Classes give students the opportunity to learn fundamentals correctly. Yoga is safe and enjoyable even at the start, and can help you to feel a deeper sense of wellness and peace.
